At Artvaso, we strive to provide high-quality neon signs and canvas artworks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

• A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized neon signs

• Made-to-order canvas artworks

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account again

• Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing time may vary

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective

• Damaged during shipping

If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (photos/videos).

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos for verification
